To make a claim, please click on the relevant link and read through and download the claim form.
Fill in the claim form and forward it to us along with the required documents.

CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Report the accident or theft to the Police immediately but not later than 24 hours and obtain a police
    abstract
  2. Report the accident to CIC immediately through our helpline +211 919 340 340
  3. Do Not Accept liability in case of an accident
  4. Call +211 919 340 340 if you need to tow the vehicle from the scene of the accident (for comprehensive insurance only)
  5. Clear with the police and take the vehicle to any of our recommended garages within Juba (if outside Juba take the vehicle to a garage of your choice) and Notify us through our helpline +211 919 340 340.
  6. Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and website.
  7. Attach the Police Abstract and a copy of the driving license of the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident or loss.

  1. Original police abstract
  2. Copy of the diving license for the person driving the vehicle during the accident
  3. Policy excess
  4. Assessor’s report

CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Report to the police immediately and obtain a police abstract
  2. Report the loss to CIC immediately through the given emergency or toll-free numbers
  3. Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and web site giving the replacement cost of lost property
  4. Attach a statement from a watchman/guard or any witnesses

CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Report the accident to CIC immediately through the given emergency or toll-free numbers
  2. Follow the same with a written notification as one awaits to heal
  3. Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and web site attaching doctor’s prescription and medical bills receipts after a clean bill of health
  4. Attach a police abstract if it was a road traffic accident or assult
  5. Attach copy of death certificate if the accident was fatal
  6. Attach copies of pay slips for the previous three months before the accident if the cover is arranged on salary basis

  3. Payslips for 3 months prior to the accident(for employees only)
  4. Police Abstract if injuries are due to a road traffic accident or assault
  5. Death certificate in case of a fatal accident
